Carrot And Cabbage Pancake

Carrot and cabbage are vegetables which are good for health and sweet in taste, and also crunchy. Adding them to our breakfast menu may help us in following our healthy diet and having delicious meal at the same time.

I love to add both carrot and cabbage into my pancake in order to add vegetable in my breakfast menu. Then I top it with some tomato ketchup or just tomatoes, mayonnaise or other sauces.

Sometimes, I add sliced onion and celery in it. The pancake is crunchy and sweet.
