Chicken Mushroom Noodle Soup

Soup can be a good choice when we want to eat healthily. Drinking soup while having fever is one of the remedy I love to do. There are many soup recipes out there which we can try. Today I want to share a simple recipe of noodle soup, easy to make and healthy. I try to use as much fresh ingredients as possible. For ingredients which I didn't put the measurement, the amount depends on your taste and preference.  For 2 servings, takes around 30 minutes to 40 minutes to prepare.  Ingredients Noodles of choice, 2 bowls Chicken with or without bones, 200 to 300 gram 5 cloves of garlic  1/2 onion  Mushrooms of choice, I use shiitake White pepper powder  Bean sprout  Chinese long cabbage or cabbage or carrot Chinese celery and spring onion Cooking oil, about 3 tablespoons.  Water   Salt  Methods   Wash and prepare noodle.
